At least they went into voluntary administration rather than being forced into it by creditors. Now that administrator can get on with investigating why the directors did not observe their continuous disclosure obligations and also if they were trading whilst insolvent. I will be interested to see if the directors (including CD) were paid out their termination benefits prior to the administration.
