Nathan, if u were assured via fair reason of a ceiling amount worst case amount required to reach cashflow positive targets, and reasons to support that idealogy was fully illustrated on asx offer docs, would 15-20% discount from .001 interest u + conjunctive consolidation?
and if the amount sought by the business was not fully subscribed, underwritten, or perhaps less then 85% taken up.... that all application funds be returned to applicants?
