    The only things more laughable than you quoting US bankruptcy laws that are completely irrelevant to an Australian company are (1) you've received three upvotes and (2) not a single person here has yet questioned your post.

    AHQ is in VA, which in theory isn't as bad as liquidation but in practice almost always delivers the same outcome: equity holders get zeroed.
