    Has someone spoken to Collins Street? Please fill me in on what happened - did they enforce the forfeiture of the two operating mines?

    If so, surely, they could only have done this if AHQ was in technical breach. Those guys had the most to lose if AHQ fell over, so it seems fair enough that they asserted their claim over the loan collateral.
