    @Bruce72 let me get this straight, I don't want to misunderstand you. You think that if you owe the bank say $1,000,000,000,000 but you have $100 in your pocket, the assessment people should make of you is that you "have $100 cash backing" not that you "owe the bank a trillion dollars"?
