If the management has been incompetent, and they probably have been, then VA is the quickest and most effective way to take control away from them. If anyone is capable of cutting costs an administrator is at the top of the list.

If the management have been doing anything untoward then an administrator is the best way to find out.

Bottom line, if the underlying business is good and it has been purely due to management being unable to control costs and there are identifiable practical cost savings etc then VA is the best thing and a good thing.

Should actually be happy about this. I am. Just remeber any personal losses have already occured before VA except those that have bought recently, and for them you were speculating and those are the chances you take.

Of course if the business really is in strife and there is nothing a good management could have done then again it is good in VA as it will conclude it much sooner.
