that’s normal practice, the company still has value but it’s not profitable as asx listed company…… you don’t throw it in the bin they will sell it cover all wages etc getting out of listing clean …. You can’t trade insolvent…privately run their might be a business.. it failed as asx listing not company , private can cut directors pays out for starters.
cfo recently sold their business for 1 mil , now in suspension after Ann , common practice.
