Based on not using the Bergen facility for all it was worth they were either on track to a near term development of it simply wasn't worth the slog from here. It appears now that the outlook and the extra millions that were available from Bergen facility (but not utilised) would have just been squandered.

So, March was alway s going to the test; either "we are broken" or some material developments with regards to a partnership/contract that would underpin the company.

Absolutely gutted for the employees. Feel sorry for those that adopted teh tech only to now have an expensive box laying around with no aftersales support. Bamboozled by what iPower just committed to!?!?!?! And feel for holders that have supported the company for years

The volume on Friday tells me all is not lost and someone wanted theit % of holdings to have a say in where to and who with from here.

For me, I will feel an absolute idiot if :

    i) nobody picks up the tech and it dies. That means I completely read the industry wrong. For me the adoption of the tech was low-moderate risk. The ability of 'lil CFCL to be the ones to commercialise it was the big risk. So of nobody is interested in the IP-tech/manifacturing plant then I read the role/need for the product wrong

ii) Puppet masters have milked holders to ensure that the growth of the business to this point is funded by holders only for the big players to move in now and within the next 3 months sign big contracts and move units out the door, in whatever guise/entity the company may become

Will need to re-load the popcorn and see how this one plays out.
