    One of the objectives of VA is to seek external expertise to administer the company out of difficulties and will buy the company some time. The Directors are also protected by seeking VA.

    My only long term concern is the how the IP will be valued and what S'holders will receive from it if the company does ultimateltly fold.

    Another possibility is for a buyer to come when the company is most vunerable.
