shit happens , there needs to be a register kept of directors...

shit happens , there needs to be a register kept of directors that have been involved in these companys that have to call in administrators so that shareholders can investigate to see if any bad decisions have been made. would help evaluate ones risk when buying shares in a company , directors with insight can make decisions when things go wrong to re-make the company .
I have had one company that went through this process and the administraters after recapitalizing did look after the shareholders by giving them shares and options which went a long way to recuperating there investement, happened once of about 6 companys that I found myself in this situation over the course of 30 yrs investing
I have also come back in if a project that these failed companys have ,are flavour of the month
