VA is not to be desired ...however it isn't necessarily the end of the road.
It can be a useful safe harbour and a platform to negotiate outcomes that would otherwise be challenging to achieve in a 'business as usual' environment.
WPG will arise phoenix-like from the ashes.
Its feathers will be singed and a claw missing, but it will fly again.
