Wow, the moderators have been working away here, I have called the company and left a Message each day for the past week,, No Reply as yet..
I think the only recourse any shareholder could expect is an investigation, the ASX will want to analyse the funds from the last CR,,, that's really what they focus on,,and if Pybar can show they did not have the money to pay them as per WPG's statement that they "With Held Payment",, if the forensic accountants can show any impropriety the Directors, CFO, CEO will be facing some heated questions... Management are only protected by the regulations if they adhered to them, stepping outside the regs,,they are accountable as individuals , especially if a "serious breach" of the regs is found.....
