You've seen the last financials. You know how little CCE have done towards the Albany project so far. What other reason do you think an even halfway responsible government would need to not give a company another $10 million?

Time has never been Carnegie's friend. They burn through money like it's bog roll. So every project they've ever done being delivered waaaaay late just hurts them more and more because they spend the paycheck (and more) before they even get it. If they told the government they could do it cheaper by taking longer... no. Where's the money going to come from to keep them going while they "take longer" to deliver one project?
