Yep, the VA does not act in an "unbiased" fashion.
A VA acts first and foremost, arguably solely in effect, in the
interests of the creditors - and who happens to be the largest shareholder.
My guess as to what the VA will recommend?
1. Sell the A1 at a bargain basement price; or
2. A DOCA that encompasses a massive share consolidation, effectively wiping out all existing shareholders.
@D1326 , the $700+ k you cited may well include the 'value' of the mega options issued to Roger a few years back....
