The only saving grace is that the incompetents have gone and when you go over how stupid, reckless and negligent they were, even if we are now paying for administrators, we are better off particularly if the company can be turned around.
Also times are a changing and where once these incompetents would have gotten away with this, hopefully with a change of government, they will be held to account
Many of us have been frustrated by ASIC’s lack of concern and inaction and actually they are guilty of negligence and with a change of government again we may be able to pursue ASIC and their role in the company’s downfall.
Also hopefully as some of us have written to the administrators, the incompetents may be referred to ASIC but even if they don’t CTL’s past year is unbelievable in its negligence, incompetence and disregard for the basic duties of Directors and Corporate Governance and we must not give up because that is what the incompetents would be hoping for
