A DOCA can be reasonably painful to creditors. And if they don’t come to the party things can get worse. Gandel is also a large shareholder so it will take some good business skills to avoid cutting his nose if despite ones face. And I say he isn’t happy and we all know a decision made while pissed off can often be not that good
He is now dealing with the administrator as a single entity not as a creditor and shareholder where he would off had serious pull. (Although previous board woul denie )
i am supprise he let it go into administration with so much to loose. Sometimes the dog you know is better than the dog you don’t.
one thing is for sure three other companies are about to get well paid for there services
call me naive but if these boys are independent things may just work out fine.
