Gandel and Gray go way back. They were both Directors of Octagonal when it owned Union Hill Gold mine. What gets me is they ran the mine like the old miners did 100 years ago, instead of doing a proper exploration drilling program they just followed the supposedly gold seam . no diamond drilling and analyzing core samples and assaying, no 3D mapping of ore grades and reserves. It beggers belief through their incompetence they had to write off 13 million dollars on union hill then sold it to AYC / CTL and did the same F/N thing again. Is Gray a moron or on ice? How can he even show his face? How could he look another Geologist in the eyes. I want this peanut to front shareholders at a meeting and explain himself.
My guess is Gandel will end up with 60% or more of CTL. The only thing more useless than Gray is ASIC.
