unencumbered, $1 to $2 million would probably be an optimistic price range for all the mining and exploration leases and cascavel mine combined (cascavel is basically worthless and that’s been patently obvious since around March last year)
The debt the company has is an order of magnitude higher than that.
There is zero chance shareholders will see any money back. It’s gobsmacking they were able to keep raising cash as long as they did - especially when it became obvious they were largely using cap raising funds to pay back Cartesian. (And given the relationship between directors and Cartesian making it obvious where their loyalties lay - which was not to shareholders)
