The authorities just don't seem very interested in pursuing these cases. Serious if you look at what BIG did (which was an open and shut case of fraud) and that has resulted in nothing then I would not hold out too much hope that anything will come of OGX. At this end of the market it is the wild west.
Has anyone spoken recently to Joseph Pinto? He must have lost a huge fortune and he is a lawyer.
