Having had some experience with administration etc, q man and co are right - there is only one entity that will get paid for sure and it is Pitcher Partners. Anglo will likely be the only suitor for the assets so they will dictate the price.
Looking back, there were so many false hopes and discrepancies in their announcements and they just could not get the plant right or the dilution under control. I might have said it in the past but perhaps this really is only suitable for artisanal mining.
It might hurt to hear it but Q man was right all along. I lost me shirt on this share but fortunately I have made gains elsewhere so I won't have to pay bugger all tax (mind you, I would rather have had to pay lots of tax).
Don't accept excuses and obfuscation on their roles.....just note who the management and directors were and put them on your naughty list and never invest in any companies they are involved in.
