not advice, to be technical - no (of course do what u like) - cos you have not disposed of the asset yet so it has not yet triggered a capital gain/loss tax event.
broadly for the future,
1. it comes good and suspension lifted, or
2. the administrators give a windup payout (which can include a zero figure) so ur asset is disposed of and CGT event triggered, or
3. you can sell it to one of the wind-up companies before it is wound up (cannot think of names but see bigun BIG thread) to allow a tax loss to be claimed cos CGT event triggered.
