I think a phone call or email to Korda mentha might be helpful. They maybe looking to see if they will get any support from existing shareholders
It looks like Chan ran out of patience with managements inability to get any deal over the line.
Might be some hope for shareholders going by the Ann.but not confident of getting any money back
