The company is in Receivership with Receivers and Managers appointed.
KordaMentha is managing the Company's affairs now.
While the Voluntary Administrator (Cor Cordis) will play a significant role in the process, the fact that the noteholders had security over what was effectively the Company complicates matters.
Both the Receivers & Managers, and Voluntary Administrators have their roles to play.
