Directors have to be held acountable either civilly or criminally for that bull$hit announcement about ADIA funding.
Some Company directors get away with too much and are never held accountable for their actions and so the cycle repeats itself.
ASIC is supposed to protect shareholders from this sort of behaviour. If only.
