I must admit continually complaining to ASIC is about the only option we have for these scum to get what's coming to them. If they receive hundreds or thousands of complaints they will be encouraged to act. Sure we're not going to get our funds back but why should these guys have their mansions, cars and boats and god knows what other assets that we paid for. If we sit back and say she'll be right or someone else will do it nothing will happen to them. They will walk away with their wealth.

Do it every week until you get a satisfactory response from them. Just copy the initial complaint and keep sending it. I'm going to and encourage all to do the same whether you've made a complaint in the past or not
