Ted started his ravings late in the picture not at the beginning as you seem to suggest. Rubbish Tip design has come a long way in the last 20 years. Approved designs last century in the UK are irrelevant here in Australia. The U K doesn't have a massive sand deposit that Perth and Gin Gin are sited on. A completely different design is required to protect the environment. Because of Covid nearly every project is over budget and behind time. Yesterday we learn that Turnbulls Snowy 2.0 has come in $2 billion over budget and out of time. Then there's the Waste dump out near Laverton has come in on time and on budget but Ted then informs us that major problem exist with the design or whatever. Then there's KLL same story different industry. Gin Gin was never going to be on time and on budget because of covid and now massive employment shortages. Who would of thought our largest shareholder would got himself into such a mess considering his team has been onsite throughout the build. Tom Rudas owes shareholders an explanation why the project was not completed after shareholders invested in the capital raise to complete and open Gin Gin in early 2022. How could they be millions out in the estimate. If there was a professional management team in place ( Adroit ) I am sure the 10% interest Remagen loan would be reactivated or a new lender found. Ted could be right for once Toms future is a Team Leader Janitor.
