Whilst this is not good news for shareholders this is “voluntary “ administration which is (correct me if I am wrong) done when a company still has just enough funds to continue a little longer but needs some real help in saving it.

NML own a gold mine and plant that they can sell or

they can sell other assets to make the mine profitable.

they do have a reasonable sized resource In Victoria that should attract some good money and they also have Tandarra to sell.

IMO NML will survive but it will own a skeleton of what it once had.

Either sell Mt Carlton and become an explorer again or sell the Victorian assets to keep the mine going…

Wishing those that still hold NMLthe very best of outcomes and GCY is an example of something good that can happen with good administrators who do the right thing by shareholders but it will take time…
