if the directors have half a brain,they will retain the loyalty of their long suffering shareholders by retaining their shares, albeit in a consolidated version. This will give some existing shareholders the confidence to participate in a possible future capital raising.
also anyone thinking of investing in the new entity will take note of the treatment given to NML shareholders.
