You guys are forgetting the separate director resignations prior to the full board announcement. I wouldn't put any faith in McGlinn. Clearly (imo) the company (previous board) was hiding information from shareholders. At least PWC should act independently. And at least an action has been announced. I call bs on previous site audit, etc. Not happy at all, but I squarely put the blame on the previous board for not being able to maintain proper relations with the locals.
