Do shareholders own the gold mine or do the locals? This company wasn’t set up properly from the start. The money should have been leaving the Philippines and going into an Australian bank account. These are all legacy issues. McGlinn was trying to fix this, restructure the company! Obviously they lost physical control of the mine! But management could prove they had legal control! obviously you can’t see it. Yes a director resigned a day earlier, but she still stated in a news article, that the new board are not up to the job! People do all sorts of things to save face! Do you want the locals to keep the mine and have zero foreign intervention? Or do you want foreign intervention, so we can gain control of the financials of the company? Anyways the judge will decide who legally is the president. Patience is needed! Cheers ST
