X64 only holds 40% ownership of this Philippines entity. Prior board was working with Joseph against raul. New board working with raul against Joseph? The vote was meaningless. The court decision is what matters. A judge must decide Who legally controls the Philsaga mining company! I think We need an independent board, that works for all shareholders. Cheers ST
