I tend to disagree Loki. There a substantial audit / investigation underway that has not yet been completed. Similarly the court actions are still progressing. We don't know what Raul or for that matter what anyone else has done. That will come only after the Supreme Court actions are concluded. There must be a valid reason why the company and the board were silent. It will only be revealed in time.
