The biggest waste of money was the GAKS family of criminal fruiterers paid to censor this forum. GEM was up 500k for nothing. I'd love to know how much the frankfurt listing cost. that was an ongoing (and completely pointless) expense and can't have been cheap. The best shot for criminal proceedings would probably come through magicbeancounter, of all people. PP was clearly giving him a lot of information that was essentially market sensitive (i expect it was mostly made-up nonsense used to fool Bean, who is the biggest naive gullible simpleton on this forum). If bean has email proof that he'd received something market sensitive or deceptive from PP, that could be a legal problem for PP. Of course, it sounds like all their communications took place over telephone, not email. I bet Bean never once considered why that was...
