I'm not actually sure about bean's contributions to CRs but he was definitely a major shareholder and he encouraged others to contribute to CRs. But yeah, the value to PP was in keeping Bean onside and supportive on this forum. I actually said to Bean once, 'PP is using you as an unpaid investor relations professional.' And he totally was. PP used Bean to promote positive information about WFL on HC without [1] having to be held personally accountable for the quality of that information and/or [2] having to face HC users directly and answer their questions about why WFL was doing so badly.
