So we received $1.49 mill in recent cap Raise in April, plus $322 cash refund. I am sure those investors 2 months ago would want to have a few words with CPS and the board.
Why did they spend $500k on the Gem facility, also paying someone $50K a month for brand support or whatever that was...

The material agreement, what happened with that? Would they be the ones now trying to get the all the company for zilch> Recurring payments from P & G who gets that?
Lots of questions ... will the board be held to account in a legal way? Financial mismanagment ?
