You’ve got to ask yourself, how was healthy mummy overpaid by that much if the figures stacked up as they say they did. It was like from the moment they bought it numbers were not even close to what they supposedly reported.

this would definitely need a thorough investigation especially between the parties involved and who actually received the funds raised. Any related parties?

im not sure how these deals dont get reviewed especially being a public listed company.

the fact this hasn’t been investigated is also suspicious all speculation of course, but it’s just astonishing how far off what was reported to the actual really were.
