Problem is it costs money to suit these guys and often even if won, we will most likely not getting anything back.
The main concern now is how you guys going to claim Capital Lose if you guys don't get a letter from the administrator indicate there is no value left in the company? Also, how long would it take these administrator to totally looking through it?
3 months? 6 months? Years?
Anyone who is a lawyer here wants to suit these guys free of charge I am all ears....
