be interesting to discover which BOD company owns the intellectual property ( the company's only asset)which is being used in the development of the companies Cannabis products. Is it the company under the management of the Voluntary Administrators which is the owner of the IP or is the IP owned by one of the so called " subsidiary companies " which are not under the control of the Voluntary Administrators . It would be tardy indeed if the someone in control of a "subsidiary company " walked away from the main company together with the ownership of the IP thereby leaving the shareholders in the main company without an asset and any prospect of "selling on " the IP with funds generated to perhaps be dispersed to those ordinary shareholders.
