    I don't think car buyers give a hoot where their nickel, cobalt or rare earth magnets come from. They wouldn't pay an extra dollar of their own money to "go green".

    The Indonesians and Chinese have built a major industry in a few years, if we wanted to open a new refinery at the same time we would still be in the "consultation period".
