Two months later the Appointment of Voluntary Administrator. The ATO will cover the losses of investors more or less but the company must be looked at by ASIC for sure.

It's certainly not unusual to see a company raising money not long before administrators are appointed. It just goes to show how unsophisticated many 708s actually are
