    Yes - like Aceminer, I feel sorry for the many people owed money and the investors who have lost.
    This is the second time for David Mendalawitz too - look up Cleveland Mining (another interesting chapter in Australian corporate life!).
    He should be banned from being a Director of a public company.
    Chances of this hapenning however are remote.
