    I still have hopes to get something. They valued lvt assets at a high price so I am hoping there was a bidding war and from what Atlas stated in their announcement it seems there was a competitive sale process with various offery

    my concern is that receivers have set out the terms in a way where they stick around for years collecting residual payments and clean outta what ever profit there was .

    What are the rules regarding this?
