Penny stocks are all scam in disguise. Similar to meme crypto coins. Manipulators/scammer big holders/directors pumped it up & sold out on top. Mom & dad investors keep on buying on the way down. Capital raising along the way with fake promises to pay directors as long as possible. When the company goes bust, the directors move on to another projects. Rinse & repeat.
You should have known by now. Watch The wolf of wall street.
