the company doesn't hold your funds.
you bought shares from someone or the company in a placement.
the ASX (the exchange) has closed public trading via the exchange. you still own your shares and who ever you bought them from has the funds.
you could sell them in an off market transfer to someone if you could find someone silly enough to buy them.
would be a way to consolidate a tax loss at least.
