Miller would have to be the one of worst CEOs ever. How did they end up investing around $6mln in co-developing a chip without a signed commercial agreement. How does that happen? The only positive here is that Miller and the Board are stripped of all power. At least the administrators may have a chance to salvage something for shareholders. Under Miller and this Board there is no chance, suspended for over 5 months. Even in the announcement they are not being honest, its not a strategic review, they need a deal. .
