that was a non binding conditional agreement to purchase all the shares in the company , that’s meaningless it’s not an offer it’s just like an mou therefore they never had to announce it, it’s not a contract

but -

that mou announced by the company with realtec- omg nuh is going places with that agreement—- “where does it say non binding”

now someone after doing no competent research and trashing everyone who pointed out it was just an mou claims management , bad bad people- wanting to know how they sent money and don’t have a signed contract - despite the company always just announcing it was an mou and never formally entering into an agreement, in fact the nominated director bailed off the nuh board in next to no time and that was ignored as well

can’t make this stupidity up-
