The voluntary administrator is a registered liquidator. My view is that at the first meeting called and coming up Realtek ( being the creditor that has security over all Nuhearas assets) will replace the voluntary administrator with their own liquidator. Realtek have the option to move to a committee of inspection, but i don't think they will given the debt level and other court case looming that has come up recently.
The VA is paid upfront, so it will be timed for last months salary run, payment for the VA from what was left in the kitty before pulling the plug.
No idea what trickster is talking about saying Miller and the board have all gone now, and the VA will appoint a new board, that is not the case at all in VA. As someone said above, it is an absolute classic that one.
