Everyone is assuming here that a chip has actually been built, it has never been formally announced by realtek, and you would have to surmise if it had been built, there would be no issue in getting 2.5 mill worth of funding to pay the debt off, therefore something is highly amiss here, that we are not seeing as shareholders. What was the 6 mill spent on, was it a mass production chip, or was it millers own chip for nuheara?

On the IP, it has to be unencumbered, as laup says, before they can do anything with it, therefore that 2.5 has to be paid back to free up the IP , and then they have to prove solvency to come back on the ASX, and the other court case pending from their manufacturer has to be put to bed. Then they have to recapitalise, so you would need around 15 mill AUD to get it back on track and into a safe harbour trading period. But then, do you end up with the same poor results as before, or is there actually some meat on the bone somewhere, who knows, it certainly does not look that way with whats happened over the last five months. Then again, you look over at Audeara, they are doing ok in hearing retail, they have OEMs now, they are funded up and on safe ground and expanding whilst reducing there overheads to trim back costs. So there is a market there for the product.

Personally, one could say Miller went first into VA , so he wasn't the one seen to sink the ship, and will blame realtek for doing that, as they wouldn't sign his MOU clip per board, therefore the blame shifts from him to realtek for putting it under.

Bottom line is, many thoughts from people on here, both positive and negative, but unless you have rose tinted glasses on, one would surmise shareholders will end up with 1 or two cents in the dollar at best from this situation.
