Not signing the Commercial Agreement was self-serving and intentional in order to create a default by NUH.

It might have been planned all along by RT....

I’m honestly having trouble believing what I have just read. Would it not stand to reason that no commercial agreement actually exists unless it has been signed off on? As an extension, would it not stand to reason that something that never existed would be impossible to impact NUH’s cashflow?
