With the timeline and last 6-12 months and no notification by NUH the market can not have been fully informed IMO if some of what is being claimed is in any way close to truth.
6 months of external restructure, safe harbour and VA advice and position ha snot progressed ?
Everyone is assuming NUH has complied with its obligations and when you stand back and think about that IMO you have to wonder ?
Have a look at documents from other VA and some may be more informed.
Starting with a wrong assumption and then heading down a rabbit warren based on that doesn't correct the initial incorrect assumptions.
VA is just about never a savior for shareholders ( equity not debt creditors ) who are bottom of list and if any form of recapitilisation happens usually wipes em out to insignificance.
This VA has been timed very specifically IMO and don't think for a minute that RT haven't been getting advice on their position for a long period so you can't assume their actions are not just a default in error.
